Seethakka joined the Naxalite movement in her early twenties, passionately embracing its ideology.
After 11 years as a Naxalite, she surrendered to the police under the general amnesty plan in 1997.
She then pursued her studies and became a lawyer. In 2022, she completed her Ph.D. in political science from Osmania University.
She later joined into the politics and quickly emerging as one of the mass leaders in Telangana.
She is a respected MLA as she fought fiercely for the underprivileged in her area
During COVID, Seethakka walked to 400 villages, personally delivering rice, dal, and relief materials.
Having won the elections now, Seethakka has now become Minister for Tribal Welfare in Telangana
